The hotel is located in a lovely residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful stay. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a bright design that adds a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast offers a wide range of choices, from delicious pastries to freshly made eggs. It's definitely worth mentioning that the hotel is situated close to a bus stop, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.
No complaints, the hotel exceeded all expectations.

We were going to stay in the centre of Sirmione but for cost and facilities chose Hotel Chiara. It was exceptional. The staff namely Cinzia and Melissa were fabulous. Very courteous, helpful and friendly (to say nothing of speaking a number of languages fluently). Nothing was too much trouble. Location was excellent. Quiet street close to shops restaurants etc and easy to get to other sites eg Verona, Mantua and around Lake Garda and into centre of Sirmione itself. Free car parking was a bonus. The hotel was one of the best we stayed in in Italy. Large rooms, excellent facilities and very reasonable. We loved, loved, loved Italy and this was a definite highlight. Cinzia also helped me retrieve my travel documents that I'd left in La Spezia - special thanks. Roger and Mandy Tasmania, Australia.

the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to various cafes, restaurants, and bus stops to explore nearby cities. The hotel is situated in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood, which made my stay peaceful and relaxing. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind and spoke multiple languages fluently, ensuring that communication was never an issue.
All was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Lovely small hotel although the decor is a little dated. Service and cleanliness are superb and the hotel is great value for money. Well worth a visit and located on a quiet street, very peaceful. Breakfast or evening drinks on the terrace is fabulous. Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in recommending things to see & do and places to eat, etc. A special mention to Melissa at reception who was always happy to help and made our stay very enjoyable
Decor is a little dated although the hotel is very clean

Nice and friendly staff. Small pool area, but satisfactory and always awailable dectuers. Nice with own balcony and a small refridgerator. Breakfast was served on the pateo in shadow, very cozy. The breakfast assortment was good, considering it was Italy.
There were not always parking spots available, but no problem to find one on the street. The location of the hotel was far off Sirmione old town (about 3 km away and taking the local bus is not an option), but the Colombare centre was nearby with restaurants, food shops and a grassy "beach" with easy acces to the Garda lake.

I recently stayed at Hotel Chiara in Sirmione for a business trip, as it was recommended by my director, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the thermal establishment and spa. This meant that after a long day of meetings, I could easily unwind and relax in the soothing spa waters. The convenience of having this facility nearby is definitely a huge plus for Hotel Chiara.
There's nothing we didn't like.

We chose this hotel because of the very good reviews we'd read - and we weren't disappointed. We received a warm welcome; the staff were friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. A good sized room with a comfortable bed, and large clean bathroom. Really good breakfast buffet - all kinds of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, ham, cheeses, croissants and pastries etc - which we enjoyed eating out on the terrace. The hotel was in a quiet residential area, so very peaceful at night - but only five minutes walk from the lakeside and local restaurants and bars. Melissa gave us good tips for local restaurants (we particularly enjoyed La Foresta). We were really pleased that we'd chosen to stay here.

The Hotel is not far from the lake and situated in a quiet street. Parking the car is easy, because if the space on the Hotel-ground is occupied there is enough space in the street, close to the Hotel. Breakfast is fine and the staff helpfull and friendly
You could hear very much the sounds of the other rooms. And in our room there was no curtain in the bathroom, because the curtain-holder was broken, so we had to keep the shutter closed all day long. The furniture of the room is functional but not stylish at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of local information about the area, as well as discounts for nearby activities. The hotel was very clean and the facilities, including the swimming pool and lovely garden for breakfast, were perfect. We also appreciated the nearby location to restaurants and easy access to transportation, including the bus stop and parking.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
